THE REJECTION TO REMAIN DENIED
Let me be like the mighty trees,
that defy gravity to seek the sky.
their rebellion is my inspiration.
from the mundane to magic
is the distance I seek to bridge.
may hope, faith and love
seize my fears and blocks.
if the trees are here
and yet they arrive,
why would I be left
thirsty and seeking?
