Akhandata is the unbroken state of the consciousness of the Self. Our awareness when completely pointed inwards ( Antarmukha) allows us to remain in the eternal state of Sat chit Ananda. The mind is constantly in momentum with its changing and fleeting thoughts. However, when the mind sinks into the heart, the nondual self ( chitta) reveals it’s unbroken reality.
“Ajyadharaya” which means like a unbroken stream of oil pouring into a vessel. When we can experience longer phases of this kind of continum in our inner states ( awastha ) we may know that we are escaping the interruptions of our mind.
The identity bodies of the mind, emotions and body begin to loosen their shackles in the anubhuti of the akhanda states of the self. Slowly and surely, the current takes over and becomes the light of its own accord.
May you experience this akhandata!
